Sabrina Lisi, “Miss Sabrina” has a very energetic and passionate teaching style and is most renowned for her great eye and attention to technical detail. She fell in love with the artistry and athleticism that ballet encompasses and decided to expand her vast dance training at many schools throughout the province being coached and mentored by some of Canada’s most distinguished teachers including Jennifer Oakley and Shirley Tetreau.
Sabrina began her teacher training at Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School and the National Ballet School studying Vagaonva, Cecchetti, National Dance, Pedagogy, Anatomy, Dance History and much more. She continued her teaching studies with internationally recognized Royal Academy of Dance where she received her Teaching Certificate. Many of her students have gone on to study dance at some of Canada’s top ballet schools and post-secondary dance institutions.
She has prepared numerous students for successful RAD Graded and Vocational exams as well as the Youth America Grand Prix (the world’s largest student ballet scholarship competition).
