Tia & Tihana Beete

Twin dancers from the age of 5 specializing in hip hop, jazz, tap, contemporary, African, dancehall and waacking.

 

Graduating students of St. Thomas Aquinas Regional Art Program dance major. Won the  dance award in 2016 and the jazz award in 2017. Performed at Carabram for 10 years. Members of faction dance crew and six dynamics dance crew. Competitive dancers at Dancercise, and scholarship winners of 2017. Performed at Toronto City Hall sickle cell awareness.

 

Assisted at St.Thomas Aquinas Regional Art Program dance audition. Dance class assistants at Dancercise. Choreographed for  weddings, Quinceaneras and other parties. Performed as dancers for cancers held at the Rose Theatre.

 

Trained with many dancers such as Derick Robinson, Tabby rockstar, Queenie, Natalie and Mariano Nesterenko Abarca Palomes, Percy, Pyro, Shameka and Kelvin. Took workshops with Alexander Chung 2017 at the Underground Dance Centre, gadfly 2015, Jasmyn Fyffe 2015 and 2016 at St.Thomas Aquinas dance workshop, Natalie Poirier 2018 & 2017 Dancercise, Jennifer Ponca 2018 at Axis dance workshop.
